Google Search Box is Money Box

Google also allows you to put Google search box on your website that let you earn extra money by displaying Google Ads on the search results pages and when users click on it, you will earn money. If you want to make money from Google search box, you have to have AdSense account. Then connect Google search box to your AdSense account.

How to Add Google Search Box

There are two ways for visitors to use your Google search box. One way is display result on Google page and the second way is display on your website.

1. Create Your Custom Search Engine

Go to the Google Custom Search Engine and click on the "Create a Custom Search Engine" tab. And be sure to tick "Only sites I select" option and then list your website URL in the Sites to Search box. If you want Google search all pages in your website, just put www.yoursite.com/*.

When you click finish button, you’ll be asked to test your search engine by entering some keywords. Type in some keywords related to your website to see the results.

2. Manage Your Search Engine

Click on "My search engines", then "Control panel" and click on the "Look and Feel" link to choose the style for your search box and search results page. Choose the right colors that the results pages fit your web design. You can add a logo to the results page but in this case, it won’t be necessary as you are selecting the search results on your own website.

3. Make Money with Google AdSense

First, you have to connect with your Google AdSense account for search by clicking on "Make Money". If you already have an AdSense account, simply fill in the information about your AdSense account is done.

4. Get the Code to Your Website

Just go to the "Get Code" section in the control panel and copy that code and place it where you want your search box to appear on your website.

5. Google Search Box Appears

When finished, you can see the result is like this and you can test searching on it.
